⚠️ नियम एवं शर्तें

• मटीरियल चयन: कोटेशन फाइनल होने के बाद पेंट शेड या पॉलिश के टाइप में बदलाव का अतिरिक्त खर्च ग्राहक का होगा।

• फर्नीचर सुरक्षा: भारी फर्नीचर को सरकाने में हम मदद करेंगे, लेकिन कीमती सामान सुरक्षित रखने की जिम्मेदारी आपकी होगी।

• समय सीमा: अत्यधिक नमी, बारिश या सोसाइटी की पाबंदियों के कारण काम में 1-2 दिन की देरी संभव है।

• अतिरिक्त काम: तय कोटेशन के अलावा किसी भी एक्स्ट्रा दीवार, दरवाजे या ग्रिल के पेंट/पॉलिश का चार्ज अलग से जोड़ा जाएगा।

• Material Selection: Any changes in paint brand, shade code, or polish type after finalization will bear extra charges.

• Furniture Safety: Our team will help move heavy items, but securing valuable belongings will be your responsibility.

• Timeline: A delay of 1-2 days is possible due to unfavorable weather conditions (high humidity/rain) or society restrictions.

• Extra Work: Any additional wall, door, or grill painting/polishing apart from the fixed quotation will be charged separately.

• शेड और मटीरियल फाइनल: कोटेशन फाइनल होने के बाद यदि आप पेंट का ब्रांड, शेड कोड या पॉलिश का प्रकार (जैसे Melamine, PU, Deco) बदलते हैं, तो उसका अतिरिक्त खर्च ग्राहक का होगा।

• दीवारों की नमी एवं लकड़ी की स्थिति: दीवारों में पुरानी सीलन या लकड़ी में दीमक/खराबी होने पर पेंट या पॉलिश की वारंटी लागू नहीं होगी। इसका वॉटरप्रूफिंग/ट्रीटमेंट चार्ज अलग से लगेगा।

• सोसाइटी पाबंदियां / बिजली-पानी: काम के लिए आवश्यक बिजली और पानी की व्यवस्था ग्राहक को करनी होगी। सोसाइटी के नियमों या फिक्स टाइमिंग की वजह से होने वाली देरी हमारी जिम्मेदारी नहीं होगी।

• अतिरिक्त कार्य: तय कोटेशन के अलावा किसी भी अन्य ग्रिल, दरवाजे, चौखट या एक्स्ट्रा दीवार के पेंट व पॉलिश का चार्ज बिल में अलग से जोड़ा जाएगा।

• पेमेंट शेड्यूल: मटीरियल साइट पर आने और काम शुरू होने पर 40% एडवांस अनिवार्य, 40% काम के बीच में (पुट्टी/बेस तैयारी के बाद) और बाकी 20% फाइनल फिनिशिंग और हैंडओवर पर देय होगा।

• Shade & Material Finalization: Once finalized, any change in paint brand, shade code, or polish type (like Melamine, PU, Deco) will incur extra material and labor costs for the client.

• Wall Dampness & Wood Condition: Warranty does not apply to pre-existing internal dampness on walls or termite damage in wood. Waterproofing/treatment will be charged separately.

• Society Restrictions / Power-Water: The client must arrange continuous electricity and water during work. Delays caused by society guidelines or restricted working hours are not our responsibility.

• Extra Work: Any additional paint or polish work outside the agreed quotation (such as extra walls, doors, frames, or grills) will be billed separately.

• Payment Schedule: A 40% advance payment is mandatory upon material arrival, 40% mid-work (after putty/base preparation), and the remaining 20% upon final finishing and handover.
